RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (until further notice)

Please note that as a part of our COVID-19 response, we will NOT allow returns on any items.

General Return and Exchange Policy

 

Returns and/or Exchanges

If you have received an item and you need to return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.  At this time, we only offer exchange, or you may return the item for a store credit. 


Defective Merchandise

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to  admin@inspiredbeautybyme.com  of the damage/defected item along with all the details of your order invoice.

(any exceptions would be on a case by case basis and will have to be communicated in writing, via email with authorized Inspired Beauty by Me, LLC. representative.)
